After my trading day ends, here are the things that I review:
Determine if rules is broken and why
Determine if risk was within acceptable levels
Determine if losses were within acceptable ranges
Determine if adjustments in my trade plan is necessary
Update my trade journal with findings that will make sure I keep check on myself.
