All purchases made through Simple Option Strategies, including subscriptions to SOS Trade Alerts (Day Trader, Full Time Trader, Pro Trader, Futures Trade) and Stock Picks, are final. No refunds or returns will be issued except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us at al@simpleoptionstrategies.com or through your Whop account, and we will review the matter.
Because our Services consist of digital content, educational courses, and real-time trade alerts that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of these products are final once access has been granted.
