End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of any software, automated tools, applications, or bots made available by Simple Option Strategies (“we,” “us,” “our”) as part of your subscription to our Services, including but not limited to automated trade alert delivery systems, dashboards, and any related tools accessed through Whop or our website.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software and automated tools solely for your personal, non-commercial use, for as long as your subscription remains active.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or automated tool we provide

• Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party

• Use our software or tools to build a competing product or service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the underlying code, infrastructure, or trading logic behind our automated systems

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from our Services

3. No Investment Advice

Any software, alert, or automated tool we provide is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Automated trade alerts reflect trades made in our own accounts and do not manage, place, or execute trades in your personal account. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

4. Ownership

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to our software, tools, and underlying technology. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. No Warranty

Our software and automated tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and automated systems may experience delays, errors, or downtime.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this EULA, or upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription. Upon termination, you must stop using any software or tools provided under this license.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, consistent with our Terms of Use.
